1. Promotion Overview
Enter for a chance to win one complimentary 12-month Pro Membership at EVO Padel’s upcoming Las Vegas club.
One eligible winner will be selected at random. The membership will begin when the Las Vegas club opens for member use.

3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Nevada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Owners, employees, and individuals directly involved in administering the giveaway, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
Eligibility is subject to verification before the prize is awarded.
4. Entry Period
The entry period begins on December 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
As an exception to the entry-period start date, existing EVO Padel waitlist members who joined before December 1, 2026, will automatically receive one entry, provided they meet these eligibility requirements. No additional submission is required.
5. How to Enter
Visit evopadel.com and complete the EVO Padel waitlist form during the entry period. Provide accurate contact information so EVO Padel can notify you if selected.
Limit one entry per person, including automatically entered existing waitlist members. Joining the waitlist more than once does not increase your chances of winning.
No purchase, paid membership, deposit, or marketing subscription is required. Consent to promotional emails or text messages is optional and does not affect eligibility or the odds of winning.
Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize
One winner will receive 12 consecutive months of EVO Padel Pro Membership at the Las Vegas club.
The Pro Membership includes:
- Four peak-time bookings per week.
- Unlimited off-peak bookings.
- Priority access to programs and booking.
- Access to padel-specific fitness.
- Basic AI insights access.
Bookings are subject to court availability. Peak and off-peak hours, booking duration, advance reservation windows, and cancellation policies will be disclosed before membership activation.
Monthly membership value: $399.
Total approximate retail value of the 12-month prize:
$4,788.
The prize covers the membership and its stated benefits only. Travel, accommodation, equipment purchases, and services outside those benefits are not included. No paid membership purchase is required to redeem the prize.
The membership is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes.
The prize membership will not automatically renew into a paid membership. Any subsequent paid membership requires the winner’s separate agreement.
7. Activation and Club Opening
The winner’s 12-month membership will begin on the Las Vegas club’s opening date for member use, as communicated directly to the winner.
If opening is delayed, the membership start date will move accordingly. Time before the club opens will not count toward the prize’s 12-month duration.
Use of the club is subject to reasonable booking policies, safety requirements, and member conduct rules disclosed before activation. These policies will not reduce the benefits promised in these official rules.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on January 15, 2027, from all eligible entries received.
EVO Padel will notify the potential winner using the email address provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of the notification being sent.
The potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of age, Nevada residency, and identity, and complete documentation necessary to administer the prize.
If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or does not respond within seven calendar days, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random.
EVO Padel will never request payment to claim this prize.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible person receives one entry.
10. Publicity
EVO Padel may request the winner’s permission to share their name, photograph, or comments in an announcement or promotional materials.
Consent to promotional photographs, testimonials, or interviews is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
To request the confirmed winner’s first name and last initial after the prize has been awarded, email info@evopadel.com with the subject line “Giveaway Winner.”
11. General Conditions
EVO Padel may disqualify anyone who submits fraudulent information, tampers with the entry process, uses automated entry methods, or otherwise violates these rules.
If fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond EVO Padel’s reasonable control materially compromise the giveaway, EVO Padel may suspend or modify its administration to preserve fairness, subject to applicable law.
Any material update will be posted on this page. Changes will not arbitrarily invalidate eligible entries or reduce the advertised prize.
12. Responsibility and Liability
EVO Padel is not responsible for entries or notifications lost or delayed because of inaccurate contact information, email filtering, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, participants agree that EVO Padel and its giveaway administrators will not be liable for losses arising from those circumstances. Nothing in these rules excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize, in accordance with the EVO Padel Privacy Policy.
Promotional emails and text messages are subject to separate consent where required. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not cancel an otherwise eligible entry.
14. Social Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
Entrants provide their information to EVO Padel, not to those platforms.
15. Governing Law and Questions
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.
